We are a young and vibrant organisation with a strong track record of success, which this role will contribute towards. We have already been instrumental in securing over £10 million to deliver Black Country Talent Match that supports young people aged 18-24, and in 2014 we were awarded £2 million to develop, manage and deliver Creative Black Country to invests in the talent, appetite and potential of people to engage in the arts.

We want to welcome you to our team to support delivery of our proposed Family Matters programme, which is seeking to become an integral part of the ESF-funded Building Better Opportunities offer. It represents a huge opportunity for the Black Country, and our 19 strong partnership delivery team will work with 1,600 Black Country people and their families to develop a journey that is right for them and can move them closer to the mainstream labour market.

The Monitoring & Compliance Officer’s role is to work closely with the programme’s delivery partners to support them to meet the monitoring and compliance responsibilities of the funder and the programme. To support operational risk management and programme output and outcome reporting. To support the Partnership Manager to provide effective programme reporting to the Directors and the programme funders.

Salary: £24,000
Location: Dudley, with frequent travel across all areas of the Black Country
