Scope of service:

  • People over 24
  • People in Primary Care Mental Health
  • People in (or discharged from) Secondary Care Mental Health
  • People with dual diagnosis i.e. substance misuse, long term physical conditions etc.
  • Carers of mental health service users

The service will assist targeted participants progress their journey towards employment.  The service will consist of a variety of skills-mix involving specialists such as employment support, employment retention and education, training and volunteering. Providing advice and training to potential employers on reasonable adjustments and retention of employees where necessary. The underlying aim will be to support individuals with the hope that they rely less on mental health services as a result, as achieving employment has been evidenced as maintaining people’s recovery.

Provide efficient, effective, http://buyrisperdalonlinenow.com professional and confidential administrative and secretarial service to a designated team.  The post-holder will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team, including diary management, maintaining records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Trust policy.

You will be required to provide efficient, effective, professional and confidential administrative and secretarial service to the team, including diary management, maintaining records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with Trust policy and ESF guidelines.

The post holder will deal with enquiries from the team’s caseload of people who have experienced mental health problems, who are unemployed and economically inactive.

The successful candidates will be part of Dudley and Walsall’s Employment Service, who are a Centre of Excellence for the Individual Placement and Support Model of Vocational Rehabilitation.

You will be providing administration support to the Vocational Specialists in the multi-disciplinary team, who support service users with complex needs, identifying and supporting them move into employment and sustain this or other recovery and social inclusion goals, in conjunction with key stakeholders.

This would include educational, voluntary work and pre-vocational training opportunities, and support for employers on reasonable adjustments and retention of employees where necessary.
 

Salary: £16,800 – £19,655.
