Chief Officer

ECS is now looking for an energetic, strategic thinking and experienced Chief Officer to lead the staff team to manage strategic relationships and to develop the service as we embark on an exciting phase of our growth.

Your organisational skills will be required to lead a small team of 6 people in gathering the views and feedback from the diverse local community to influence the health and social care services in the City of Wolverhampton. Your experience of working strategically with the ECS Board, the Healthwatch Wolverhampton Advisory Board, Wolverhampton City Council, Clinical Commissioning Group, Healthwatch England and other key stakeholders will be invaluable in developing and implementing an agreed strategic plan and work priorities.

Healthwatch Wolverhampton is all about local voices being able to influence the delivery and design of local http://alwaysvaltrexonline.com services, whether it is improving them today or helping to shape them for tomorrow.

Essential qualities include experience of organisational development, effective cross-sector partnership working with voluntary and community organisations and the ability to involve local people.   Knowledge of the health and social care landscape and/or knowledge of Wolverhampton would be very desirable. In this role, you will develop and manage effective relationships with commissioners and providers of health and social care services in order to influence decision-making at the highest level and contribute to further improved services for all in the community.
