The Home Office’s Office for Security and Counter Terrorism (OSCT) is investing up to £1.5 million in innovative projects to prevent radicalisation and terrorism.
This is a Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) competition. It will be funded through the Project Innovation Fund for Prevent.
The aim of this competition is to develop innovative solutions for understanding and preventing radicalisation and support for terrorism.
Successful projects should produce an outcome, resource or new technology that builds understanding and prevention of radicalisation and support for terrorism.
They expect projects to range in size from total costs of £10,000 to £100,000, inclusive of VAT.
The competition opens on 30 August 2016.
Applicants must register with Innovate UK by noon on 5 October 2016.
You must apply before noon on 12 October 2016.
A briefing event for potential bidders will be held on Tuesday 13 September 2016.
