After securing further funding for phase three, the programme needs a strong, highly committed team that will promote and deliver HeadStart values and outcomes across the city through its young people engagement and peer support activities. 

 
Young People Engagement Coordinators

Principal duties: 
• Support the Senior Young People Engagement Coordinator 
• Organise HeadStart work and events across schools and within the community 
• Contribute to the development of HeadStarters, B-Safe and peer support 
• Work with colleagues in multi-discipline teams based within one of four HeadStart Hubs 
• Ensure young people are at the centre of all activity and decision making 
• Undertake evaluation and report back on impact and outcomes 
• Undertake any other duties required as determined by the Senior Young People Engagement Coordinator

You should be organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated and able to clearly articulate how you will make a positive contribution to the development and growth of mental wellbeing initiatives for the young people of Wolverhampton.

 

Salary: £21,745 – £24,717
Location: Wolverhampton
Job Type: 37 hours per week (negotiable), 2 year fixed term contract
