After securing further funding for phase three, the programme needs a strong, highly committed team that will promote and deliver HeadStart values and outcomes across the city through its young people engagement and peer support activities. 

 

 Administration and Finance Officer

You will provide efficient and effective support to the management team and be the first point of contact for internal and external staff, customers and partners. 

Principal duties: 
• Provide secretarial support to the HeadStart management team 
• Provide a warm welcome to those involved with the programme over the phone, by email and in person 
• Administrate meetings linked to the programme including Board meetings, Executive Group meetings and team meetings 
• Order processing, payment monitoring and provide budget updates as and when required 
• Set a good example to junior HeadStart staff 
• Maintain inventories for HeadStart equipment 
• Support the delivery of any associated HeadStart policies 
• Undertake any other duties required as determined by the management team

You should be proactive, organised, an excellent communicator and confident with finance and admin systems, specifically Agresso.

 

Salary: £21,745 – £24,717
Location: Wolverhampton
