Project Administrator (Bridges Programme)

Access to Business seeks a motivated and experienced administrator to support project staff on our new Bridges Programme which is funded by The Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.   The Bridges Programme provides skills, training and employment support for those furthest from the labour market.

 

You will be required to provide efficient, effective, professional and confidential administrative service to the Bridges staff, including diary management, maintaining records, both paper and electronic, in accordance with the company policies and European and Lottery project guidelines.

 

The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting European/Lottery projects and knowledge of Management Information Systems.   Strong verbal and written skills, interpersonal and organisations skills are required as is a good standard of education.  The candidate must also be and be proficient in Microsoft applications.

 

Salary: £17,500
Location: West Midlands
Job Type:  35 hrs per week (Temporary until 30th September 2019)
