Base 25 is a Wolverhampton based charity that has been  a very successful deliverer of programmes and support for vulnerable young people in the city for the last 20 years. Reporting to the Board, this is a unique opportunity to lead, manage and run the charity with the support of a committed and skilful staffing group. The current post holder has been with the charity since its inception and this exciting post is now available due to her retirement. The charity has a strong profile within the city and has developed a range of expertise in supporting vulnerable young people.

 

Project Officer

Key duties are:
Plan and lead the operational delivery of Base 25’s services in Wolverhampton and Staffordshire.
Oversee operational systems and processes including safeguarding.
Lead and manage staff and volunteers to ensure targets and quality standards are met.
Be responsible for bid writing and tendering for contracts.
Be responsible for the management of budgets and to act as Company Secretary.

 

Salary: £36,000 per annum
Location: Wolverhampton
