Topps will be running a series of workshops covering the above areas for women who want to explore the skills needed to work in the care and support sectors.

 

Who is this programme for?

This programme is suitable for Women who are unemployed and who:
 Want to learn what Mentoring / Counselling / Teaching or Advice & Guidance is
 Want to learn what skills are required
 Want to learn how to support others using these skills
 Want to enhance their CV
 Are happy to share their life experiences and knowledge
 Feels comfortable mixing with a socially and culturally diverse group
 Want to identify their own strengths and areas for development
 Want to practice what they learn in a supportive and friendly environment
 Want to practice their communication and presentation skills
 Are happy to give and receive feedback

Eligibility: Free for women aged 18 or over who are not employed, living in Black Country, with proof of ID, proof of unemployment, and not currently be attending any other ESF funded programme.
