Changing Lives is a national charity that supports over 21,000 people each year. We are a well-respected, growing organisation dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable people across the UK.
In the Midlands, we focus on supporting women and families. We operate from bases in Wolverhampton and Walsall, and work across two key areas: the criminal justice system, and sexual exploitation.

We support women and families involved in the Criminal Justice System across the Midlands, helping them to overcome personal challenges that might cause them to reoffend. We support women to establish a life away from crime, resettle into society and avoid reoffending.

We also provide programmes and support services to help women who are, or at risk of being, sexually exploited and involved in sex work or ‘survival sex’. Our support is non-judgemental: we help women identify the choices they have, and help them make the best decision for them and their future.
We’re looking for committed and compassionate professionals who share our enthusiasm for changing lives. Are you ready to change lives for a living? Read more about the job below and apply today.
