The Role
To deliver an exciting dance programme to children and young people that will challenge, stimulate and provide new opportunities, in line with the dance activity programme in the Youth Zone.  To teach and lead the fundamentals of dance activities to young people which develop skills levels.

 

The Person

You will have extensive experience of delivering dance activities to young people in line with relevant guidance and good practice and proven experience of working with young people aged 8 to 19 (25 with disabilities) in a range of settings.

The idea of putting on performances will excite you and you’ll want to push the boundaries of what the young people can achieve regularly and with passion and enthusiasm. You will have lots of initiative and big but deliverable ideas!

Finally, you will have a can-do attitude. Passion and commitment are essential to success at The Way. You will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the goals behind the Youth Zone and play an active role in contributing to the successful development of the Youth Zone.

 

 

Salary: £7.50-£9.50 per hour
Location: Wolverhampton
