Office & Appointments Manager

To manage the day-to-day running of the main head office and centres. To lead and manage the appointments and administration team and co-ordinate the  delivery of counselling and other services. To maintain administrative, financial and reporting systems and contribute to promoting Relate services.  To support the Service Manager to develop services and maintain high quality, efficient and sustainable service provision.

The successful applicant will have the relevant management experience of working in a busy environment, have strong administrative, financial IT and organisational skills, will be a good communicator and have the ability to work with a wide range of people and on their own initiative.

The ability to manage several pieces of work or projects at the same time is essential to this position along with a proactive approach to a broad and varied workload and be comfortable working in a busy role in a small team environment.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, some flexibility in working hours to include evenings and Saturdays will be needed to meet the requirements of the service needs

 

Salary: £24000 PA

Administrator

We have a vacancy for a full-time administrator at our main office in Birmingham to provide overall administrative support to the organisation and work as part of the appointments and reception team.
In this broad and varied role we are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to contribute to the day to day running of the office and appointments service.

The successful applicant will have the relevant experience of working in a busy environment, have strong administrative, financial, IT and organisational skills, will be a good communicator and have the ability to work with a wide range of people and on their own initiative.
