Wolves Council will be running a series of Social Security benefit courses (January to June 2018) available FREE of any charge to staff and volunteers from local groups and organisations.  All of their standard training courses take place at the offices of Citizens Advice, Wolverhampton.  For information about these courses, please contact them directly using the email address below.

Should you wish to make a booking for yourself or others from your organisation, please simply email their Specialist Support Team at A&C.WRS@wolverhampton.gov.uk

In addition to their standard courses, they would like to offer you a place on one of the following Universal Credit workshops.  These workshops provide an overview of the new Universal Credit.  The information covered includes details of the way Universal Credit is being rolled out in Wolverhampton, how people may apply for Universal Credit and where people may go to for help with Universal Credit problems.  You may be aware that they ran a series of similar styled workshops in the run-up to the launch of Universal Credit FULL SERVICE from 13th December 2017.  Unfortunately, due to demand for places, not everyone was able to attend.  It is hoped that these new dates will accommodate you and any of your colleagues should you wish to attend.
