Relaxation Workshop – 6th & 13th February 2018 – This workshop focusses on basic breathing and mindfulness strategies to support you in managing those difficult thoughts and emotions that get in the way of relaxing. This workshop is ideal for those looking for simple ways to manage stress, anxiety and low mood.

Confidence & Self-Esteem Workshop – 20th & 27th February – This workshop aims to build our understanding of confidence, self-esteem and the role it plays in our own lives. We will then explore some strategies to help build you up in these areas. This workshop is aimed at those who struggle with low confidence and/or self-esteem which is impacting on their life and wellbeing.

As always, our sessions run from 18:30 to 19:30 at YMCA Wolverhampton 29-31 Temple Street, Wolverhampton, WV2 4AN and each session comes at a small cost of £2.50 (payable on the day).
