Purpose of the Job

·     To manage and coordinate all health and well-being projects for the RMC
·     To provide confident line management support, supervision and coaching to health and well-being staff and volunteers.
·     To ensure the delivery of high quality standard professional and effective intervention, advice/ guidance and support to the service users of RMC.
·     To work towards achieving agreed KPIs and funders’ targets.
·     To ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC) project.
·     To accurately analyse qualitative and quantitative data and to report on, monitor and evaluate all projects
·     To deliver training and presentations and represent RMC at stakeholder/ shareholder meetings and events
·     To lead on development and sustainability of health and well-being projects
·     To ensure the full compliance with RMC policies, procedure and working protocols; inclusive of Health and Safety, Lone working and safeguarding.
·     To complete personalised client needs assessments, risk assessments and action plans.
·     To be the main point of contact, operationally for all health and wellbeing projects at RMC.

 

Salary: £25694 -27394 2 year contract (with the possibility of extension)
Location: West Midlands
