The City of Wolverhampton Council is hosting information sessions for interested residents to find out more about becoming a councillor. Perhaps you are already involved in local affairs and want to take the next step, or you may be looking for a worthwhile and rewarding way to help your local community. Standing as a local councillor might be right for you.

At the information session you will find out more about the process of standing as a councillor, hear from existing councillors, have the opportunity to ask questions, and make connections with local political groups to talk about the next steps if you are interested in standing as a party candidate.
