Business Support and Front-of-House Assistant

To support the effective running of the ASAN estate and particularly Workspace facility and conference centre, providing high quality customer service for visitors and tenants. To service conference centre and support with facilities and business to ensure an excellent
standard of delivery. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, to support with the marketing and communication of ASAN and its enterprises.

Duties and responsibilities

1.    Work as part of a facilities and business support team to ensure the effective running of
Workspace services and facilities, and other ASAN enterprises as required.
2.    To provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for office tenants and visitors
using the Workspace facility and conference centre.
3.    To assist visitors and office tenants with enquiries, directing them around the building and contacting other departments to announce visitors where necessary.
4.    To operate a busy switchboard system, fielding telephone calls to relevant departments with efficient message taking.
5.    To provide a wide range of administrative support to the management team within ASAN.
6.    To ensure delivery of a first-class conference business including set up, refreshment ordering and clean-up.
7.    To assist with management of record keeping and billing for conference bookings and office lettings.
8.    To support with the updating of ASAN’s web sites and social media content and delivering proactive  marketing and communications across the organisation.
9.    To be able to multitask and organise work commitments to maximise efficiency.
10. To be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team. Work to effective rotas and support ASAN values and objectives
11. To assist in the implementation and upkeep of Health and Safety issues in the Workspace.
12. To contribute towards implementing ASAN’s social accounting activities.
13. To undertake such other duties which may be reasonably regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities / grade of the post defined.
14. Comply with ASAN’s policies and procedures

 

 

Salary: Minimum Wage
Location: Wolverhampton
