Citizens Advice Wolverhampton delivers a European Social Fund and Big Lottery funded partnership; Building Better Opportunities “Bridges Project” (BBO Bridges). The project engages with the most disadvantaged people across the Black Country aged 25 years and older who are searching for employment or are economically inactive. The project supports the development of a range of employability skills through one to one targeted goal setting, group activities and work experience.

 

BBO F.E.E.D Project Administrator/Finance Support

BBO F.E.E.D Project seeks an experienced Administration and Finance officer to support the coordinator with the delivery of the project. With experience of working in a busy office environment this role will require attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

The successful candidate will work have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver continual high quality and accurate financial records, whilst supporting the team with administration and audit ready paperwork. You will have the ability to quickly learn multiple financial and processing systems and be confident in delivering your role.

 

Salary: £13,391 PA
Location: Wolverhampton

BBO F.E.E.D Customer Services Apprentice

BBO F.E.E.D Project seeks Customer services apprentice to work as part of our team. Working in a fast paced environment providing excellent response to participants queries you will not only study for a nationally recognised qualification; you will gain valuable hands on working experience.

The successful candidate will be confident and have a willingness to communicate with people over the phone, in person and through emails. With an enthusiastic approach to learning and with the ability to work as part of a team, you will develop excellent and collaborative working relationships across the Black Country.

With experience and knowledge of European Social Fund and Big Lottery funded projects, you will provide a vibrant and positive environment for some of the most disadvantaged people in the Black Country.

 

Salary: £8,205 PA

BBO F.E.E.D Project Supervisor

BBO F.E.E.D Project seeks a motivated and experienced Supervisor to support the coordinator with the delivery of the project. As Supervisor you will have the ability to think on your feet, thrive in a deadline driven environment with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the project and supervision of a small staffing team. With an in depth knowledge and understanding of unemployment and how it affects people, you will ensure the team deliver the support required to participants across the BBO Bridges Project. With previous experience of stock control and customer services, you will support the provision of a food bank whilst ensuring those that require the support are provided with a holistic package of advice and guidance.

 

Salary: £26,470 PA
Location: Wolverhampton
Job Type: 37 hours per week, fixed term until 30th November 2019.

 


 

Project Support (Debt Specialist)

BBO F.E.E.D Project seeks a motivated and experienced Support Worker to provide specialist advice and guidance to participants, whilst creating a package of support enabling a smooth transition into employment.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience in money advice casework, a good knowledge of the different types of debt and a clear understanding of the options available to people. Creating a SMART targeted plan of development you will work alongside the team supporting the participants to build confidence, self esteem and skills, creating a holistic journey into employment.

Salary: £19,934 PA

Project Support Worker/Tutor/Trainer

BBO F.E.E.D Project seeks a motivated and experienced Support Worker to provide specialist advice and guidance to participants whilst creating and delivering short courses according to individuals needs and an agreed plan of development.

The successful candidate will work with individuals creating a SMART target plan of development. A structured plan of activities, work experience and training will be agreed, supporting the participant to build confidence, self esteem and skills creating a holistic journey into employment.
