Policies & Procedure

A task of management is to produce policies and procedures. Some of the operating procedures will probably be produced by a senior member or members of staff but the more fundamental questions are the responsibility of the board/committee. The following need to be considered:

  • Future Policy – i.e. Business Plan

  • Insurance
  • Personnel
  • Health & Safety

All organisations will develop procedures based on their policies for the day to day running of the organisation.
